Kim Occhipinti is the Founder and President of OptiBooster, a nonprofit dedicated to building community-centered educational and narrative infrastructure that strengthens individuals, families, and civic life.
With a professional background in risk management and compliance, Kim brings systems-thinking, operational integrity, and strategic vision to her leadership. She founded OptiBooster to expand access to life-skills education, resilience tools, and community storytelling platforms that center lived experience and shared power.
Kim is passionate about empowerment, agency, and sustainable impact. Her work focuses on equipping people with practical tools for growth while building infrastructure that amplifies voice, strengthens families, and fosters long-term transformation.
Isabella Shaffer
Mission & Media Manager, Optibooster
Isabella Shaffer serves as Mission & Media Manager for OptiBooster, where she supports mission execution through strategic content development, digital communications, and community-centered programming. She plays an integral role in shaping educational media initiatives that advance resilience, life-skills development, and youth engagement.
Isabella leads the creative development of the Little Lights children’s series, ensuring that programming is thoughtfully designed, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with OptiBooster’s values of empowerment and shared voice. She brings a generational perspective to the organization’s work, helping expand outreach and accessibility through digital platforms.
Her leadership reflects a commitment to thoughtful storytelling, emerging leadership development, and building sustainable educational infrastructure that strengthens individuals, families, and communities.
